Drawn to Wildlife
Drawn to Wildlife is a biographical documentary showing wildlife artist, Gary Hodges, at work on a new picture and in conversation about his life with friend and conservationist Rula Lenska.
It includes a time-lapse sequence of Gary drawing a Nile crocodile, montages of his drawings and interviews with celebrity collectors -
Jilly Goolden, Sally Gunnell, Virginia McKenna, Jenny Seagrove and Michaela Strachan.
The documentary was initially released on sell-through and was subsequently acquired by Discovery and broadcast for four years on Animal Planet across its European footprint.
Drawn to Wildlife was produced in aid of wildlife. The funds from this production went to the Born Free Foundation and the Environmental Investigation Agency.
